What local courier do you use? We ship parcels through Zoom Courier, LBC, GrabExpress, or Lalamove. Please note that if you choose Grab/Lalamove, you will be the one to book the ride.

I ordered from two GOs, can they be shipped together? If you want to consolidate multiple items from different GOs, kindly notify us through any of our social media accounts.

How does the three-time payment work? We normally accept payment on a one-time basis but in cases like fansite merch and fanmade dolls, we will be accepting payments in three installments. 1st Payment - for the items ordered (within three days upon receipt of your invoice which will be sent via email); 2nd payment - for the EMS Fee (upon notice of shipment by supplier which may vary between three days to weeks after first payment, depending on the production period of the goods); 3rd Payment - for the Paypal Fee, Customs Duties, and Local Shipping Fee. (upon arrival in the Philippines and release of the Bureau of Customs)

What is EMS Fee, Paypal Fee, and Customs and Duties? EMS Fee - Express Mail Service, cost of international shipping from Korea to Philippines; Paypal Fee - a percentage of the amount forwarded to the supplier for the payment of goods charged by "Paypal"; Customs and Duties - tax imposed on imported goods by the Bureau of Customs.

How long does EMS take my stuff to the Philippines? After shipment by the fansite/supplier, it would normally arrive in less than a week if it is not subject for inspection by Customs and 2 weeks if it is. These are only estimates and may change depending on the circumstances.

How much is my part on the EMS Fee, Paypal Fee, and Customs Duties? It is difficult to estimate as each good differs in size and weight. In terms of paypal fee, foreign currency exchange varies everyday. Another huge factor is the number of participants for the GO as all of the expenses will be divided among you.
